Order Processing
Most Amirai pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, please allow 10–15 working days for production.
More intricate or heavily embellished designs may require additional processing time.
Delivery Timeline
Once production is completed, delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within Nigeria: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines typically range from 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery timelines do not include production time.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic (Nigeria): Orders are shipped via DHL, GIG Logistics, or GUO Logistics, based on the option selected by the customer at checkout.
- International: All international orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and courier selection.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your chosen contact method, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Delivery Responsibility
Amirai is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will gladly assist with courier follow-ups where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. Amirai will not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
